About the Role
The Savoy is one of the world's most iconic hotels, blending rich history with innovation and delivering outstanding five-star luxury hospitality. As a Front of House Luggage Porter, you will be a key player at the heart of our operation, supporting a perfect arrival and memorable departure for our guests. You will honour guest requests throughout their stay with efficiency and personality, working closely with the Front of House team to ensure every guest experience is seamless and personalised.

Your responsibilities include ensuring the delivery, security, and storage of guest luggage and belongings, accurately recording all luggage, and assisting with guest arrivals and departures. You will engage enthusiastically with guests, demonstrate knowledge of hotel services and the local area, and assist with a variety of guest requests. Additional duties include polishing guest shoes, managing deliveries and mail, providing errand services, assisting the door team with parking, and performing other tasks as directed by Guest Experience leadership.

This role requires correct lifting and carrying procedures, a warm and positive personality, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of service.

Experience
- Essential: Ability to prioritise and organise yourself effectively
- Desirable: Minimum 1 year experience in the hospitality industry preferred
- Desirable: Experience in valet parking
