As a Chef de Partie, you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head/sous chef, ensuring food safety standards are adhered to at all times. You will oversee the production of all dishes assigned to your station, maintain your area with supplies, and ensure cleanliness in line with policies and procedures. You will maintain high quality standards for all dishes, ensuring presentation and taste are considered at all times. Collaboration with the team is essential, supporting colleagues where necessary. You will also work with the head chef to develop and taste new recipes, providing suggestions for improvement or innovation. Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including your designated area and equipment, is a key responsibility.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience working as a Commis Chef or in a similar role
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Qualifications
