About the Role
As the Events Planner, you will be the key contact for all internal and external events, owning each event from initial enquiry through to completion. You will ensure clients receive a World Class Service through excellent communication, passion for service, and attention to detail. Your responsibilities include planning, organising, and coordinating events, including catering, meeting room setup, activities, and accurate billing. You will produce detailed function sheets, be available on event days to ensure smooth delivery, and maintain accurate booking records. Effective verbal and written communication, professional appearance, and adherence to company policies are essential. You will support innovative ways to deliver exceptional service and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues across the business.

Experience
Experience in event planning within a high-end venue, hotel, or catering company is preferable but not essential.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
A passion for delivering exceptional events and client experiences.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Knowledge of London’s events and hospitality market is an advantage.
