As Senior Client Systems Product Owner, you will support the Lead Product Owner in shaping and delivering a subset of the Firm’s Client Systems product portfolio. This may include digital and client-facing products such as Linklaters.com, client communications and event management tools, experience management platforms, and pitch tools.

Your responsibilities will include managing product backlog priorities, translating business needs into clear deliverables, and ensuring alignment with the Firm’s strategic objectives, user needs, and enterprise standards. You will collaborate closely with Business Owners, stakeholders, Business Analysts, architects, developers, and third-party vendors to deliver effective solutions.

Key activities include supporting product strategy and roadmap definition, backlog management, prioritisation across competing demands, stakeholder engagement, delivery lifecycle support from discovery through implementation, monitoring product performance, and promoting product management best practices. You will contribute to building a strong product culture focused on quality, collaboration, transparency, and measurable business value, ensuring products align with the Firm’s technology strategy and governance requirements.

Experience
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a technology-led environment.
- Practical experience managing and refining product backlogs, defining user stories and acceptance criteria, and supporting agile delivery teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, working with Business Owners, senior stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party suppliers.
- Ability to balance competing demands across strategic initiatives, business-as-usual activities, technical improvements, and risk management.
- Experience working within cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, developers, architects, designers, and service teams.
- Good understanding of agile delivery principles, product management practices, and the system delivery lifecycle.
- Experience with digital, client-facing, or business development platforms is advantageous.
- Experience in professional services, partnership, or complex international organisations is beneficial.
