About the Role
Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust is one of the UK’s busiest and most successful NHS trusts, providing a wide range of hospital and community services across south London and specialist care for patients from further afield. The Trust is home to Europe’s largest dental school, a £160 million Cancer Centre, and the Evelina London Children’s Hospital, among other specialist services. In 2021, the Royal Brompton and Harefield Hospitals joined the Trust, creating a world-renowned heart and lung centre with outstanding research and clinical facilities.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Clinical Research Facilitator with experience in setting up hosted academic and commercially sponsored research projects. The role involves close liaison with researchers and their teams to support the setup and delivery of research projects within the Clinical Group. You will work within a team of Clinical Research Facilitators, assisting with amendment reviews, administrative tasks, feasibility assessments, contract negotiations, and monitoring recruitment to ensure local and national benchmarks are met.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality research within a leading NHS Trust, supporting both academic and commercial studies and working closely with the Research Office at Royal Brompton and Harefield Hospitals and Guy’s and St Thomas’ Research Office.

The Trust is committed to providing excellent patient care, maintaining one of the lowest mortality rates in the NHS, and fostering a motivated and engaged workforce. We support flexible working arrangements to help staff achieve a healthy work-life balance.

About you
- Enthusiastic and dynamic with excellent communication and organisational skills.
