We are seeking a confident Clinical Team Leader (RMN or RNLD) for Springs Court at Cygnet Hospital Harrow who can inspire, support and oversee the delivery of the very best care.

Springs Service at Cygnet Hospital Harrow is a specialist service for men with mental health needs and a diagnosis of autism. The hospital provides a recovery-focused service treating a wide range of mental health problems, including specialist diagnostic, assessment and inpatient services for individuals with dual diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder.

As a Clinical Team Leader, you will provide clinical leadership, coaching and mentoring to develop services. You will ensure individual care plans are complete and maintained under NMC guidelines, administer medicines in line with healthcare procedures, lead regular care audits, and maintain excellence through clinical practice development and quality improvement. You will also be responsible for a planned programme of support across your area of focus, actively participate in clinical working committees, and engage in continuous professional development to promote nursing excellence.

Requirements

Experience
- At least two years’ experience as an RMN or RNLD
- Ability to maintain documentation, undertake audits and demonstrate integrity in your role
- Good understanding of the latest nursing practices
- Commitment to patient recovery to effectively monitor, manage and reduce risk

About you
- Compassionate, resilient and dedicated to empowering and supporting service user independence
- Confident to provide clinical leadership, coaching and mentoring
- Ability to deputise in a Manager role (desirable)
- Interest in leadership, research and assessment (desirable)

Qualifications
- Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) or Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities (RNLD) with a current Pin Number
- Willingness to attend all training and engage in continuous professional development
- Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check
