About the Role

Join Cygnet Hospital Harrow and be part of a recovery-focused service treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including specialist diagnostic, assessment, and inpatient services for individuals with dual diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder. As a Support Worker, you will work 40 hours per week across day and night shifts, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include offering enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all service users, providing physical and emotional support, learning about individuals’ specific needs to provide appropriate assistance, assisting with medical and welfare needs, safeguarding, and maintaining a safe and clean environment for all.
Experience
No specific experience required, but a passion for delivering outstanding care is essential.

Qualifications
