Juniper Court at Cygnet Churchill is a 17-bed male mental health acute service providing a safe and stabilising environment for men experiencing acute episodes of mental illness requiring emergency admission.

Cygnet Churchill, located in south London, is an inpatient mental health hospital for men with four wards: two emergency acute admissions services (Juniper Court and Palm Court) and two high support inpatient rehabilitation (level 2) services (Elm Court and Mulberry Court).

Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing suggestions and recommendations to the Hospital Manager for ward development, participating in professional visits, maintaining monitoring systems related to nursing practice, ensuring service delivery evaluation is patient and family-centred, advising non-clinical staff on patient management, and upholding patient confidentiality and adherence to Cygnet Health Care and professional policies.

Experience
- Proven experience in an inpatient mental health setting
- Skilled in managing change, leadership initiatives, and motivating teams
- Knowledgeable in the Mental Health Act and current nursing practices

Qualifications
- Registered Mental Nurse (RMN)
