As Commercial Consultancy Manager, you will be responsible for directing strategic delivery and commercial management, including contracts, costing, and client engagement. You will operate with integrity, delivering ethical, financially robust outcomes aligned to net zero ambitions. Building strong relationships, driving innovation, and resolving commercial challenges across the consultancy will be key aspects of your role. You will prepare and administer contracts, certifications, valuations, and final accounts, provide robust cost control, reporting, claims assessment, and commercial assurance. Managing teams, stakeholders, and continuous improvement to drive high performance will also be essential. Additionally, you will support net zero delivery through informed commercial decision-making.
Experience
Proven understanding of present-day issues such as sustainability, social value, and carbon reduction. Strong knowledge of industry best practice. Sound experience in contract administration and contract management, including the ability to undertake and advise on these areas effectively.

Qualifications
