You will be responsible for directing strategic delivery and commercial management, including contracts, costing and client engagement. Operating with integrity, you will deliver ethical, financially robust outcomes aligned to net zero ambitions. You will build strong relationships, drive innovation and resolve commercial challenges across the consultancy. Key duties include preparing and administering contracts, certifications, valuations and final accounts, providing robust cost control, reporting, claims assessment and commercial assurance. You will manage teams, stakeholders and continuous improvement, driving high performance and supporting net zero delivery through informed commercial decision-making.

Requirements

Experience
Strong understanding of industry best practice in commercial consultancy within construction, particularly healthcare projects. Sound knowledge and ability to undertake and advise on contract administration and contract management. Experience addressing present-day issues such as sustainability, social value and carbon reduction.

Qualifications
