About the Role

As a Conference & Banqueting Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service in line with Pullman standards. You will be fully aware of different event set-ups and able to execute them when necessary. Your duties include maintaining cleanliness and adequate supplies at your station, promoting all menu and buffet items to maximize sales, taking customer orders to standard, and communicating guest priorities or potential issues to the Manager or Supervisor on duty. You will ensure safety and hygiene standards are met at all times and take care of hotel property. Flexibility is key as you may be required to cover unexpected needs across Food and Beverage outlets. You will also perform the "Meet & Greet" and structured "farewell" with clients, always maintaining uniform standards and professionalism. This role reports directly to the Conference & Banqueting Manager.

Experience
At least 3 years' professional experience in hospitality or food and beverage service.

About you
Guest-oriented and service minded with strong attention to quality. You have excellent presentation skills and a natural ability to lead and work well within a team. You are well organized, autonomous, creative, and possess sales acumen. You embody curiosity, open-mindedness, interpersonal skills, and initiative.

Qualifications
Vocational degree in hospitality or food and beverage studies is required. Computer literacy is essential. Fluency in the national language and operational English are required; proficiency in a third language is a plus.
