This includes buildings, property, regeneration and development, cities and urban environments, mixed-use and commercial schemes, education, healthcare, public sector estates, and planning, design, and project delivery.
As a Cost Consultant, you will manage the delivery of cost management for small to medium developments or significant components of larger assignments. Your responsibilities will include assisting in coaching and developing team members to share knowledge and improve service delivery, working within financial systems and budgets to produce reports and forecasts, delivering multiple projects or significant parts of larger assignments, and providing advice on risk management and compliance. You will analyse data and documents to identify key themes and trends, using this insight to support decision-making and recommend service improvements and innovations.
