Responsibilities include managing feasibility studies, procurement strategies, contract selection, cost planning, valuations, financial control, and overseeing contracts, claims, and completion processes. You will mentor teams, champion innovation, embed continuous improvement, and ensure projects deliver long-term social value and sustainability. Experience
Proven experience delivering projects within diverse teams, with strong commercial and financial acumen. Expertise in value engineering, contracts, sustainability, and stakeholder management. Demonstrated ability to shape outcomes with carbon-conscious approaches.
