We provide training and development opportunities to help you excel in your career, including chances to move between departments and progress into more senior roles. We work closely with Kingston University as part of the Developing Together Work Teaching Partnership, offering post-qualifying opportunities such as practice education and support for those in their assessed and supported year in employment (ASYE). Staff have access to conferences, workshops, research, and practice resources to support ongoing professional development.
