About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Credit Research professional or Investor to join WTW’s global investment team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in credit manager research and portfolio implementation for a diverse global client base, working across both delegated and advisory mandates. You’ll contribute to investment research, manager selection and portfolio decisions, helping clients navigate complex credit markets and make informed decisions around asset allocation, implementation and investment strategy.

Key responsibilities include conducting solution-focused manager due diligence across credit, potentially including LDI, IG credit, emerging market debt and alternative credit such as high yield, loans and securitised credit. You will shape and deliver the broader research agenda aligned with the end solutions serviced across a global client base and play an active role as a member of the global credit research team and asset class investment committee.

Additional duties involve participating in regular reviews of credit model portfolios and multi-manager solutions, proactively recommending asset allocation and implementation adjustments, and integrating portfolio construction with strategic goals and risk management requirements. You will contribute to thought leadership and messaging to internal and external client audiences, coordinate with Global Portfolio Management and client teams to ensure best ideas are considered, and communicate WTW’s investment philosophy, process, portfolio views and recommendations clearly and professionally.

Encouraging a focus on excellence and efficiency across team outputs, you will proactively suggest improvements to process and delivery. Building trusted relationships across global functions, managing and mentoring junior team members, and supporting an inclusive team environment are also key aspects of the role.

Financial responsibilities include sourcing and rating strategies that deliver significant value add for portfolios and clients, contributing to scalable processes for efficient manager research delivery, supporting client growth and retention, and maintaining WTW’s reputation for high-quality institutional credit research and solutions.
