About the Role
With over 49,000 colleagues in over 140 countries, WTW helps organisations make forward-thinking choices about their people, investments and the risks they face. Joining our industry-leading Corporate Risk & Broking (CRB) team, you’ll be part of this impact right from the start. Our CRB business is one of the world’s largest insurance brokers and risk advisory firms, supporting clients from small businesses to multinationals to understand, assess and manage their risks. Our experts collaborate globally to provide clients with a broader perspective, data-led insight and exceptional service. You’ll help us continue to deliver truly exceptional standards.
This two-year graduate programme will see you building your knowledge and skills across all areas of our CRB business. Working with and learning from industry-leading colleagues, you’ll:
- Develop your technical knowledge through meaningful assignments and projects
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and clients across sectors including cyber, financial institutions, marine and construction
- Grow every day, from a thorough induction to ongoing professional and personal development through bespoke learning journeys
- Be supported as you study towards your Level 6 Senior Insurance Professional Qualification, whilst gaining the highly valued Chartered Insurance Institute Advanced Diploma in Insurance
Given the breadth of our CRB business, you could find yourself in the following types of opportunities:
- Broking: acting as the intermediary in insurance transactions, ensuring clients’ needs are met while building strong relationships with the markets
- Client servicing: serving as the client’s first point of contact for all aspects of their insurance programme
- Analytics: analysing and manipulating data, producing reports to present findings and insights
- Strategy: supporting decision making, preparing business plans and analysing data to identify trends
- Business development: thinking creatively and strategically to produce marketing materials and client proposals
- Projects: managing stakeholders, solving complex problems and identifying the right resources and expertise to deliver excellence for clients
During the recruitment process, you will explore CRB regarding the types of industries and clients we serve and the varied skill sets these opportunities require. We will take your preferences on board following these insights.
