About the Role
The Customer Assurance Manager will be part of a global function within London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) focused on eliminating financial and third party exposure to LSEG and its clients through correct licensing of services, including platforms and content. This role involves establishing expertise in datafeeds and data control, providing proactive consultancy on compliance issues to internal and external clients, and working closely with local and national business units to identify and review clients. You will plan and conduct compliance reviews, analyze new business principles affecting compliance, and ensure correct licensing and permissioning are implemented to close any compliance exposure. The role requires maintaining autonomy while ensuring clients adhere to business principles and advising on best practice permissioning to minimize exposure risks. The scope covers clients within assigned regions such as EMEA, Americas, or Asia, with global responsibilities as required. You will contribute to a collaborative culture that values innovation, quality, and continuous improvement within a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider committed to sustainability and diversity.
Experience
- Knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry, including key organisation user types and process flows between front, mid and back office.
- Understanding of exchanges, their operations, data licensing, and compliance risks.
- Experience working for or with an Exchange is a distinct advantage.
- Familiarity with LSEG product lines, infrastructure, control systems, sales practices, pricing, and customer administration.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present compliance perspectives internally and externally.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to link unrelated subjects to draw compliance conclusions.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple stakeholders with differing priorities.
- Proven track record of client exposure and engagement.
- Markets data experience and diligent analytical approach.

Qualifications
- Educated to degree level; MBA is an advantage.
- Audit qualifications are advantageous.
