About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, customer-driven Customer Service Officer to join our dedicated Delivery Team within the Kingston library service. This permanent role supports the Supervisor to ensure the seamless and efficient daily operation of one of our large libraries. Kingston is a vibrant and diverse university town with a rich sense of community, offering an idyllic riverside location, excellent shopping, great restaurants, and a mix of modern and historic town centres. The borough values working closely with residents and vulnerable groups to help maintain their independence, balancing support with independent living.

As part of the Kingston library service team, you will contribute to the direct operation and delivery of library services, supporting a positive culture focused on community engagement and service excellence.

Experience
