The Delivery Unit Analyst is a critical role in the new team. You will use your existing skills of bringing meaning to complex data to provide the Chief Executive and Leader of the Council with the evidence to diagnose existing challenges to service delivery and formulate plans for improvement. You will work alongside Merton staff, building on the strength and skills across the organisation for future delivery. You will support Delivery Unit Officers to take an evidence-led approach that combines qualitative and quantitative data to get to the heart of why service delivery needs to improve and will present the data regularly to the Chief Executive and Leader of the Council to demonstrate progress on agreed improvement work.

Experience
Proven ability to analyse complex data and present clear, actionable insights. Experience working in a management or delivery-focused environment is desirable.

You are analytical, detail-oriented and able to communicate complex information effectively to senior stakeholders. You are motivated by making a positive impact on public service delivery and enjoy working collaboratively across teams.

Qualifications
A relevant degree or equivalent experience in data analysis, business intelligence, public administration or a related field is preferred.
