About the Role
Guy’s and St Thomas’ is among the UK’s busiest and most successful NHS foundation trusts, providing a full range of hospital and community services for people in south London. The Dental Imaging Support role requires a collaborative and flexible approach, working as part of a multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will work alongside Radiographers, Dental Nurses, Imaging Support Staff, and Radiologists in a rapidly expanding Dental Radiology Department. Key services include intraoral and extraoral imaging, salivary gland services, and Cone Beam Computed Tomography. The role involves cross-site work at Guy's Hospital and St Thomas' Hospital, including rotational evening clinic work.

Experience
Experience of working in a patient/customer focused environment, demonstrating the ability to deal with difficult patients/customers and challenging situations. Proven experience of working in an administrative role and/or reception experience.

About you
Excellent communication skills, able to communicate clearly in writing, face to face, and on the phone. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize workload efficiently. Flexible in approach to work, adapting to changing priorities and organizational systems. Ability to work within a team and develop good working relationships with colleagues at all levels.

Qualifications
Good general level of education (minimum of GCSE or equivalent A-C grades in Maths and English). Relevant NVQ 3 or equivalent qualification or experience. Proven experience of using office computer programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Desirable: IT package qualification/training such as the European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL).
