About the Role
As a Mid-weight Designer at IMG, you will help shape how the company presents itself globally, working with brands, rights holders, and sporting properties to transform big ideas into compelling visual stories. Your work will span marketing campaigns, commercial pitches, and RFPs, delivering fresh, engaging, editorial-quality design with a sharp visual point of view. This role offers the opportunity to work across both B2B and B2C briefs, collaborating closely with senior creatives to develop ideas from concept through to final delivery. You will balance creative ambition with strategic and commercial goals, producing pitch decks, campaign assets, editorial layouts, brand communications, and more. You will also research sport, entertainment, culture, brands, and emerging design trends to bring relevant insights and innovation to your work. The role requires strong collaboration with copywriters, project coordinators, strategists, marketers, and production teams to ensure accuracy, relevance, and timely delivery. You will apply IMG and client brand identities consistently while helping evolve the visual language where appropriate. Use of AI-driven tools to support creativity and efficiency is encouraged. This position contributes to a positive team culture by sharing ideas, supporting colleagues, and continuously developing your design practice.
