You will also review current technology solutions and research emerging technologies to improve BIM processes, stay updated on classification developments, support construction sequencing strategies using information models, assist the Cost team in cost plan preparation from information models, provide training on databases, data analysis, templates, assurance, COBie production, and other BIM-related topics.

Understanding and performing in line with the Information Management assignment matrix (Table A.1 of BS EN ISO 19650-2), setting up processes and tools for Common Data Environments (CDEs), upskilling client teams, Mace project managers, and design teams through BIM knowledge sharing sessions, and collaborating with PM and Design teams on procedural elements and compliance with the Mace Way are also essential parts of this role.

Right to work in the UK is essential for this role.
