You will support object library development aligned with the wider BIM strategy, assure and check information models, and produce information models (pre-RIBA Stage 3 only).

Additionally, you will review current technology solutions, research emerging technologies to improve BIM processes, stay updated on classification developments, support construction sequencing strategies using information models, and assist the Cost team in preparing cost plans from information models. Training delivery on databases, data analysis, template creation, assurance, COBie production, and other BIM-related topics will also be part of your responsibilities.

You will work in line with the Information Management assignment matrix (Table A.1 of BS EN ISO 19650-2), understand the setup of processes and tools for Common Data Environments (CDEs), and upskill client teams, Mace project managers, and design teams through BIM knowledge sharing sessions.
