About the Role
Join the Early Years team supporting children aged 0–4 years in a nurturing, inclusive, and inspiring environment. You will support and develop the delivery of engaging and high-quality Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) learning experiences. Your role includes helping to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children, adapting activities to meet individual needs and promote inclusion. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to meet the individual needs of every child, encouraging their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Your contribution will help ensure positive outcomes for all children in our care.

Requirements

Qualifications
Holds a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification recognised as full and relevant by the Department for Education.

Experience
Experience of, or a strong commitment to, supporting children with a range of developmental, learning, and communication needs is essential.
