We are seeking passionate and resilient individuals to join our Emergency Housing Placement Team as Emergency Housing Officers. In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you will help individuals and families facing homelessness secure suitable emergency accommodation.

Your key responsibilities will include conducting suitability assessments on homelessness applicants referred to you, searching for and identifying appropriate accommodation that meets all housing compliance standards, and allocating accommodations while ensuring all booking processes are completed accurately.

This front-line role requires you to work from our offices in Wembley and Harlesden on a rota basis, with the flexibility to work from home on some days. Training will be provided to support your success in this role, although knowledge and experience in the temporary accommodation sector is essential.

Requirements

Experience
Essential experience working in the homelessness or temporary accommodation sector. Experience with Housing IT software is highly desirable.
