About the Role
Programme start date: September 2027. Our Engineering Graduate Programme offers a 12-month development opportunity designed for technology enthusiasts eager to build a significant career in global financial markets technology. You will fast-track your technical journey, learn from industry experts, and develop your skills within a leading fintech company. The programme includes a global induction 'Engineering Bootcamp' week to immerse you in LSEG’s business and engineering principles, group projects aligned to LSEG goals, and a mid-point offsite skills event called ‘Ignite’. You will have access to opportunities to earn industry-recognized qualifications, including 5 study days during the programme, and connect with a global early careers community. From day one, you will be aligned to a division that matches your skills and interests, enabling you to develop within a secure framework. The programme supports discovering different areas of LSEG by connecting you with various departments to explore your interests further. Graduates join on a permanent basis and contribute to impactful projects in a dynamic agile environment.
