About the Role
Join the exciting transformation of Mercure & ibis London Earls Court and Barnaby’s Restaurant & Bar as we evolve into a modern, stylish, and innovative 12-storey hotel with dual branding combining 3* and 4* products. As an F&B Team Member, you will provide guests with a warm welcome and deliver impeccable service that reflects our passion for excellence. Your main responsibilities will include greeting guests, taking hot beverage orders and snacks, preparing and serving a wide range of cocktails and coffees, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked F&B area. You will be the face of the hotel’s food and beverage outlets, ensuring every guest experience is memorable through friendly, efficient, and professional service. This role requires excellent communication skills in English and a positive, problem-solving approach to guest concerns. You will also actively promote hotel facilities and services while adhering to hygiene and safety standards.

Experience
Previous experience in food and beverage service is advantageous but not essential. Enthusiasm and a passion for delivering excellent customer service are key.

You are friendly, professional, and take pride in your grooming and attitude. You communicate proficiently in English, both spoken and written. You are proactive, take responsibility for your work area, and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment. A positive, problem-solving mindset when dealing with guest concerns is essential.
