About the Role
Are you ready to make an impact in a dynamic, high-performing team dedicated to fire safety excellence? Do you want to join a team of professionals who are passionate about maintaining high standards to keep our patients, visitors, and staff safe? If so, we would like to hear from you as we are looking for an outstanding individual to work within the Fire Safety team. This apprenticeship is for a 2-year period to obtain a Fire Safety Advisor Level 4 qualification. The post holder will be released from operational learning duties to work with a GSTT provider to undertake professional qualification. The successful candidate will provide support and assistance to the Fire Safety Training Manager in the management of fire safety across the Trust, undertaking fire safety training and education appropriate to the role of an apprentice Fire Safety Advisor whilst following a structured learning programme. Once the successful candidate has completed the apprenticeship, they will become the Trust's full-time Junior Fire Safety Officer.

Experience
Essential criteria:
- Vocational training or relevant experience in a healthcare setting role.
- Experience of working in a large, multi-professional organisation.
- Experience of working under pressure, with strict deadlines and dealing with a range of complex issues.
