With 120 contemporary bedrooms, a strong market position and an unbeatable location moments from the Cutty Sark, Greenwich Market and the O2 Arena, ibis London Greenwich offers an exciting opportunity for an emerging General Manager to make a real impact. In this role, you will drive revenue growth, profitability and overall commercial performance. You will lead budgeting, forecasting and business planning to achieve hotel objectives. Strengthening local partnerships and enhancing the hotel's presence within the community will be key. You will ensure operational excellence, compliance and a safe environment for guests and Heartists. Leading, inspiring and developing a passionate, guest-focused team is essential, as is building a culture of engagement, accountability and inclusion. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction and maintain brand quality standards.
