About the Role
Guy’s and St Thomas’ is among the UK’s busiest and most successful NHS foundation trusts, providing a full range of hospital and community services for people in south London and specialist care for patients from further afield. This dynamic and challenging field-based role aims to drive referrals from relevant sources, including CCGs, General Practitioners, and external consultants, in line with hospital activity and business plans. You will be the main point of contact for GPs and their practice staff, ensuring that the Trust's Private Patient Services are positioned as the first choice for private patient referrals. Key performance indicators include referral growth, identification of opportunities and threats, and achieving an agreed number of events per calendar year.

Requirements

Experience
Evidence of achieving challenging healthcare/business targets, understanding of the private healthcare market and funding mechanisms, sales experience in healthcare or medical devices, and experience in customer relations management.

About you
A highly organized individual with excellent project management abilities, strong analytical capability, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.

Qualifications
Degree level education or equivalent.
