About the Role
Join Lloyds Banking Group's regulatory policy team, where you will shape and coordinate the Group's regulatory policy strategy and advocacy. You will work collaboratively across the bank to provide expert input to government and regulators, ensuring timely and constructive engagement. Your responsibilities will include proactively identifying regulatory policy priorities, analysing regulatory impacts on the Group, drafting high-quality briefings and consultation responses, horizon scanning regulatory developments, and supporting cross-team analysis and systems. This role offers the opportunity to influence key regulatory discussions and contribute to the Group’s strategic objectives.

Experience
- Extensive experience and technical expertise in financial services regulation, with a specialism in prudential regulation, conduct regulation, or digital assets required.
- Recent experience in capital markets, pensions, insurance, or investment is a plus.
- Proven ability to communicate confidently with external stakeholders and deliver authoritative counsel internally.
- Comfortable interrogating and collating data with strong numeracy skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing urgent requests effectively.
