About the Role
Join IBIS London City Shoreditch as a Groups Reservations Coordinator and be part of the Accor network, a worldwide hospitality leader. Your mission will be to process and manage group reservations efficiently, ensuring all bookings follow hotel policies from inquiry through to payment and cancellation deadlines. You will monitor room inventory to maximize sales, update group commissions, and maintain accurate reservation records in Opera Cloud. You will also handle group-related calls promptly and courteously, and support individual reservations in the absence of the individual reservations coordinator. Experience
Prior experience in reception or reservations is preferable but not mandatory. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential.
