About the Role
We are looking for a charismatic Head Bartender to join the team at The Hoxton, Southwark, working in our Seabird Restaurant. Located on the 14th floor, Seabird is a rooftop restaurant featuring an impressive raw bar, London’s longest oyster list, and panoramic city views. You will lead the bar team in creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves. This role offers the opportunity to be creative and contribute ideas to develop and innovate our bar menu and concept, staying ahead of trends. You will know your product and systems inside out and lead by example, driving service standards that deliver the best guest experience while encouraging your team to grow and develop the Hox way.

Experience
Previous bartender experience with strong wine and cocktail knowledge, ready to take the next step in your career.
