About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Head of People Systems and Process Improvement to join our People Directorate. In this pivotal role, you will lead the strategic development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our HR systems and processes, ensuring they are efficient, user-focused, and aligned with the Trust’s values and workforce ambitions. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, operational teams, and external partners to deliver innovative solutions that enhance the employee experience and support the Trust’s long-term people strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact within one of the UK’s most respected NHS Trusts.
Experience
Significant experience in ESR, managing relationships with the national ESR account manager, IBM, and ESR interface provision. Experience working at a senior level in a large complex organisation with a proven track record of delivering projects, systems, and workflow changes.

You are an experienced leader with a passion for driving transformational change in People systems and processes. You are highly motivated with significant expertise in HR systems, data management, and process improvement methodologies. You thrive on collaboration and are driven by continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Educated to degree level or equivalent knowledge and experience.
