About the Role
As Head of Property, you will lead the strategic direction, performance, and delivery of Camden’s corporate and commercial property assets. You will oversee the management of the tenanted and operational property portfolio, acquisitions, disposals, and development projects, ensuring alignment with Camden’s long-term goals and community outcomes.

You will lead a talented team of property professionals, driving best practice across asset management, valuation, capital investment, and compliance. Your leadership will ensure the estate remains financially sustainable, high-performing, and supports Camden’s wider corporate and social ambitions.

In this senior leadership role, you will also play a key part in Camden’s New Homes Sales programme, delivering substantial receipts over the next decade while identifying opportunities for reinvestment and growth. You will oversee property disposals, acquisitions, and investment planning to contribute to a more inclusive, prosperous, and sustainable borough.

Experience
- Proven track record as a property leader managing complex portfolios.
- Strong background in asset management, valuation, and capital investment planning.
- Experience leading large-scale property programmes including acquisitions and disposals.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage confidently with developers, investors, local businesses, and public partners.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million-pound budgets.
