About the Role
We are looking for a Head Waiter to join our team at The Hoxton, Southwark in our Seabird Restaurant. The Hoxton is a vibrant hotel featuring 192 rooms, a bustling ground-floor restaurant, bar and terrace, a unique meeting and events space called The Apartment, a stunning rooftop restaurant and bar with indoor and outdoor seating, plus a brand-new coworking space spread over six floors. As Head Waiter, you will lead your section by example, putting a memorable guest and team experience at the centre of everything you do and inspiring others to follow your lead. You will bring your own flavour to our guests' tables, ensuring they have a great time from arrival to departure. You will play a key role in connecting the floor with the kitchen, handling requests and questions from guests and team members alike. A thorough knowledge of products and systems is essential to succeed in this role.

Experience
Minimum 2 years previous experience in a busy restaurant or bar environment.
