About the Role

As a Homeownership Compliance Specialist at Peabody, you will be at the forefront of providing essential homeowner products and services to our residents. You will deliver expert guidance on homeowner agreements, processes, and products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with best practices and relevant legislation. Your role will include maintaining accurate records for leaseholders, shared owners, and freeholders, contributing to the smooth delivery of services.

Your key responsibilities will include providing clear, practical advice to residents on homeowner products and agreements, handling lease-related transactions such as subletting and re-mortgaging with precision, managing Right to Buy, Right to Acquire, and other home purchase applications, and supporting enforcement of lease terms to ensure compliance and minimise risk. You will also work closely with external partners to maintain Peabody’s reputation and demonstrate strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing a busy workload and your time.

Experience
Proven experience in delivering specialist homeowner services within a social housing context. A track record of delivering excellent performance and customer service.
