We are seeking a Stock Condition Coordinator to join our team and deliver a high-quality, customer-focused stock condition surveying service across our homes. This varied and important role within a large, diverse organisation requires excellent organisational and communication skills to ensure smooth service delivery and positive customer experiences.
As a Stock Condition Coordinator, you will be a key point of contact for customers, surveyors and internal teams. Your responsibilities will include coordinating survey activity, managing enquiries, and maintaining accurate information. You will optimise surveyor resources through effective diary management and performance monitoring, ensuring systems and processes support excellent service delivery. Above all, you will ensure customers receive timely, clear and professional communication at every stage.
Key duties include:
- Coordinating and scheduling stock condition survey appointments, securing access with customers and surveyors
- Acting as first point of contact for queries, referrals and service requests, resolving issues proactively and professionally
- Supporting effective diary management to fully utilise surveying teams and achieve KPIs
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records and data across systems to support compliance and reporting
- Investigating and responding to enquiries and complaints within agreed timescales and policies
- Collaborating with colleagues across Peabody to ensure a seamless, joined-up service
- Providing administrative support including arranging meetings, training sessions, maintaining filing systems and producing reports
- Ensuring consistent adherence to policies, procedures and health and safety requirements
Experience
Proven experience delivering excellent customer service and working respectfully with diverse communities.
Experience managing multiple tasks and working under pressure to meet deadlines.

Qualifications
