Key responsibilities include preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards, managing your station and supplies, maintaining high quality and presentation standards, collaborating with the team and head chef on menu development, and ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of your kitchen area and equipment.
Experience
Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie for at least 3 years.
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
