About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team in a fast-paced, high volume kitchen environment. Key responsibilities include food preparation, stock rotation, food labelling, and general cleaning duties. You will be expected to maintain high standards of Food and Health & Safety at all times. Opportunities for chef academy training are available to help you develop and enhance your culinary skills.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced, high volume kitchen environment is essential.

Motivated and enthusiastic with a passion for delivering high-quality food and maintaining excellent standards of hygiene and safety. You should be able to work well within a team and thrive under pressure.

Qualifications
Relevant culinary qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory. A willingness to learn and develop your skills through available training is important.
