About the Role
We are seeking a Hotel Night Receptionist to join our TRIBE as we launched our first TRIBE Hotel in the London market in summer 2022. This role is designed for a new type of traveller, offering unapologetically modern hotels that confidently mix mainstream style with bespoke, eye-catching, and iconic pieces. The result is a bold and fun environment delivering a high-end experience at a fair price, providing guests with everything they need and nothing they don’t.

As a Night Receptionist, you will maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times, even when resolving challenges. You will manage guest arrivals and departures, ensuring all standard operating procedures are followed. Handling in-house guest requests and recording feedback accurately will be part of your daily tasks.

You will be responsible for the accuracy of guest credit, billing, and financial transactions, as well as ensuring data integrity across all systems. Night reception duties must be completed correctly and on time according to our procedures. You will ensure guests are quoted the correct rates in line with the selling strategy and website.

Answering telephone calls promptly and efficiently, maintaining security observation over guests and their property, reporting maintenance issues and verifying their resolution, and ensuring public and back-of-house areas are clean and presentable are key responsibilities.

Collaboration with all hotel teams and outsourced partners is essential to deliver the utmost guest satisfaction. The reception desk must always be tidy and welcoming.

Experience
Previous hotel or similar experience is advantageous but not essential. We value eagerness to learn and will provide the necessary training. Experience with Micros Fidelio Opera is required.
