You will provide a seamless check-in and check-out experience, respond promptly to guest queries, and ensure guest satisfaction. Your role includes offering recommendations on local activities, dining, and entertainment, identifying priority guests and VIPs to ensure their rooms are prepared with relevant amenities, coordinating with the Duty Manager to deliver excellent guest service, and handling guest messages and room moves as needed. Experience
Previous receptionist or customer service experience is preferred.

About you
A welcoming and professional attitude with strong communication skills. Knowledge of London’s activities, restaurants, and local attractions is desirable.

The successful candidate must already have eligibility to work in the UK.
