About the Role
Join Peabody as a Housing Support Worker and make a real difference in the lives of young people aged 16–18, including care leavers. This role is focused on providing practical and emotional support to help young people build life skills, access housing, and gain independence. It is not a care role but a person-centred position aimed at promoting wellbeing, inclusion, and empowerment. You will support individuals who may be socially excluded, disabled, unwell, or homeless by assisting with day-to-day household skills, managing finances, and integrating into the community. Your work will enable customers to achieve their goals and thrive in their independence from day one.

Why Join Us?
At Peabody, you will be part of a team guided by values such as Be Kind, Do the Right Thing, Love New Ideas, Celebrate Diversity, Keep Our Promises, and Pull Together. We are committed to creating a supportive, inclusive, and empowering workplace culture. Benefits include up to 25 days’ annual leave, flexible healthcare and dental benefits, 4x Life Assurance, up to 10% pension contribution, funded professional development including apprenticeships, two paid volunteering days per year, and family-friendly policies.
