About the Role

You will provide guidance, supervision, and development opportunities for your team while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Experience
- Experience in housing and a strong understanding of statutory and community services
- Background in providing support to people with complex needs and trauma, ideally as a senior support worker or team manager
- Proven ability to motivate and manage a team, ensuring high standards of care and support
- Experience of multi-agency working and liaising with statutory organisations
