In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, driving organisational success. You will provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and employee development to ensure a positive work environment. Additionally, you will support recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to build and maintain a high-performing workforce. By analysing HR data, you will help drive informed decision-making and contribute to improving overall business outcomes.

As a flexible working organisation, Brent Council offers the option to work two days a week from home.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience as an HR professional with a strong understanding of human resources best practices and the practical application of current and upcoming employment law.

About you
You are a passionate HR professional with excellent communication, influencing, and persuasion skills. You have a track record of building credible and trustworthy working relationships. You are committed to supporting organisational transformation and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications
Relevant HR qualifications and experience in a similar HR Business Partner role are desirable. A thorough understanding of employment law and HR best practices is essential.
