About the Role
We are seeking a Hub Administrator to join our Administration Hub, providing high-quality, responsive and professional administrative support across Jewish Care services in North West London. This fixed term role for 12 months involves working across multiple sites, primarily based in Golders Green with travel to other Hub locations as required. The Administration Hub acts as a central point of contact, ensuring excellent customer service for colleagues, residents, tenants, members, families and visitors. Key responsibilities include reception and customer service duties, maintaining accurate records, supporting meeting coordination, managing office supplies, assisting with HR and payroll processes, and ensuring health & safety compliance. You will play a vital role in supporting onsite teams and helping to streamline workflows for effective service delivery.
Experience
- Experience delivering high-quality customer service
- Experience using systems, spreadsheets and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience working collaboratively as part of a team
About you
You will be organised, customer-focused and comfortable working in a busy, multi-task environment. You will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, good attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Desirable
- Experience supporting financial or HR-related processes
- Basic knowledge of health & safety, data protection and confidentiality
- Willingness to undertake First Aid and Defibrillator training
