About the Role
Mace combines construction expertise with consultancy to unlock potential in every person or project and redefine the boundaries of ambition. As an Information Manager within our Digital service, you will support senior risk professionals to implement and deliver a range of risk services for designated projects. You will be responsible for defining and delivering Information Management (IM) strategies, standards (including ISO 19650) and processes for client-facing projects and programmes. This includes establishing and managing the project/programme IM function in line with these strategies and standards, training colleagues in IM practices, and driving awareness and continuous improvement.
You will manage the assurance and quality control of documents and artefacts submitted and stored, line manage, coach and support the IM team, and contribute to the global digital centre of excellence through knowledge sharing, process development, and case studies. Additionally, you will contribute to bids by developing IM strategies and solutions, support the set-up and development of the common data environment (CDE), and work collaboratively towards the net zero carbon transition by proactively identifying and managing associated carbon emissions during project delivery.
Our values underpin everything we do: safety first, client focus, integrity, and creating opportunities for our people to excel. Mace is an inclusive employer welcoming candidates from diverse backgrounds and is open to discussing flexible working arrangements to support your needs.
