About the Role
Mace combines construction expertise with consultancy to unlock potential in every person or project and redefine the boundaries of ambition. The National Biosecurity Centre Programme (NBCP) is a major UK government initiative to transform the Animal and Plant Health Agency (APHA) site at Weybridge/Addlestone, Surrey into a world-leading biosecurity and animal health science campus. This programme will replace and consolidate ageing high-containment facilities into a new Science Hub capable of researching and responding to animal and zoonotic diseases such as avian influenza, foot and mouth disease, bovine TB, and other emerging threats. The role can be remote with occasional travel to the site in Addlestone and requires the successful candidate to pass SC clearance.

You will be responsible for setting up and administering Aconex projects and modules (Documents and Contracts), configuring workflows and user permissions within Aconex, managing project onboarding and system setup activities, delivering training and ongoing support to project teams and contracted parties, conducting quality assurance reviews of project documentation, producing reporting and monitoring compliance with programme procedures, maintaining information governance standards throughout the project lifecycle, managing SharePoint structures, permissions, and information management controls, and providing troubleshooting and continuous support for project teams and contractors.

Experience
Subject expert experience in key information management software including Aconex, ViewPoint, Business Collaborator, or similar platforms.

Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage complex information systems. Excellent communication skills to deliver training and support to diverse project teams. Ability to maintain high standards of information governance and quality assurance. Willingness to work flexibly including remote and occasional onsite presence. Must be able to obtain SC clearance.

Qualifications
Technical qualifications and certifications (or equivalent) such as APM IM, Associate of Information Managers. ISO 19650 certification is required.
