We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across a large multi-disciplinary team. Main duties of the job The Junior Doctor Coordinator is responsible for organising the induction, training and rota management of over 100 junior doctors. The post holder is expected to take a proactive approach to addressing gaps in the rota and work with service managers on a variety of quality and cost improvement projects.
