In this role, you will be responsible for dishwashing using industrial dishwashers or by hand, cleaning and sanitising kitchen surfaces and food preparation areas, emptying rubbish bins and ensuring proper waste disposal. You will assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, and slicing ingredients, help manage inventory by receiving and organising kitchen supplies, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards by maintaining cleanliness and equipment in good working order.

Experience
No formal experience required. Enthusiasm and willingness to learn are highly valued.

Qualifications
No formal education required, though a high school diploma or equivalent may be preferred.
Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and sanitation practices is a plus but not essential.
