As Lead Product Manager, you will support the development of enterprise architectural principles, policies, standards, procedures, and guidance for cutting-edge Battlespace Data & Information Capability.

You will champion innovation to drive excellence in Decision Advantage across the organisation, acting as the key product management expert for Battlespace Data & Information Architecture, Technology, and Tooling for Defence. Collaborating within the NAD Group, wider MOD, and industry, you will ensure the team’s products align with strategic intent and facilitate faster, more reliable implementation of interoperability standards.

Key responsibilities include leading engagement with development teams across Defence and industry, monitoring stakeholder environments and benefits realization, and ensuring products are accessible with minimal friction to relevant users.

Experience
- Proven ability to develop strategies aligned to organisational goals, driving the success of digital products.
- Experience with information systems and business applications, including requirements gathering, system implementation, integration, and supplier engagement.
- Experience managing change in digital environments, supporting planning, delivery, and implementation.
